Proclivity is looking for a Director of Sales. This person needs to have sold technology into the retail / e-commerce environment (on-premise) and have been very successful. Selling enterprise solutions that touch a number of points in the organization is important (not just into IT). Good aptitude for software is essential. Technology background is not necessary. Our software is intuitive.



• Aggressive and self starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills, as you will be dealing with decision makers.

• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, with a track record of successful revenue.

• You have at least 5 year sales experience in the Technology / Software industry, SaaS experience is a plus.

• You like to work in a challenging and demanding environment.
